Overview of Private Domestic Sites
The UDGM for the Private Domestic Sites (other than Grid Neighourhood) outlines a range of proposed lease conditions and urban design control parameters that are specifically applicable to the private domestic developments, including provision relating to all residential developments and the retail belt fronting Station Square, the Multi-Purpose Sports Complex (MPSC) and residential developments at Runway Precinct.
